Bring your sales expertise to the following role: Sales Specialist I - Support new and retention sales staff in providing quotes to prospective clients and assist in maintaining current clients.
- Provide information, education and assistance to potential or pending policyholders, employers, and agents regarding our insurance plans.
Sales Specialist II Same duties as a Sales Specialist I, plus: - Independently resolve and provide information, education and assistance to potential or pending policyholders, employers, and agents regarding our insurance plans.
Sales Specialist III Same duties as a Sales Specialist I and II, plus: - Serve as mentor and coach to other sales staff.
- Identify areas for improving sales process and making appropriate recommendations.

Qualifications: |
Combine your customer service experience with the following skill sets: Sales Specialist I - High school degree or GED.
- 1 year of customer service experience.
- Demonstrated ability to use MS Office products and other corporate software as required.
- Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills including courteous telephone etiquette.
- Ability to interpret policies and procedures and communicate effectively.
- Depending on state of hire may be required to be licensed. If required must become licensed within 90 days .of hire, to sell insurance (health, life, and/or disability) in the state or states where business is conducted. Prior to receiving a license staff are not allowed to engage in soliciting or selling activities.
- Customer service orientation (empathizes with customers, asks effective questions, seek to satisfy).
- Ability to set priority and strong attention to detail in a rapidly changing environment.
- Work effectively on teams to accomplish group objectives.
Sales Specialist II Qualifications of a Level I, plus: - 2 years of customer service experience or equivalent work experience.
Sales Specialist III Qualifications of a Level I and II, plus: - Associate Degree or equivalent combination education and experience.
- 3-5 years of customer service experience or equivalent work experience.
