1) Develop and drive a sales team of 8 or more employees
2) Actively engage customers in an outbound call center sales environment
3) Maximize incremental sales opportunities for the company
4) Provide and foster a "win-win-win" culture for the customer, CLC and Retail channels
This position emphasizes skills in the areas of sales, sales management and customer service.

Duties: |
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Meet or Exceed Sales Goals:
• 40+ hours per week (full time)
• Engage customers to explore sales opportunities
• Conduct bill reviews on customers accounts
• Maintain standards for personal activations
• Attend and conduct all required meetings
• Conduct daily one-on-ones and monthly employee evaluations
• Maintain profitability of the Customer Loyalty Center
• Other duties as assigned
Customer Service
• Ensure all customers are assisted in a friendly, prompt, professional and ethical manner

Qualifications: |
Required Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge:
• High school diploma
• BS/BA preferred
• Telecom experience preferred
• Retail sales experience preferred
• Minimum of 1 year Sales Management experience
• Ability to learn new products and services in a timely manner
• Proficient in all Microsoft applications
