Duties: |
Job Description
In this position, you will work to build England Logistics training department. The main focus of this position is to facilitate the training of new hires and existing employees. After presenting material, you will work with department managers to ensure it is implemented correctly. You will work with internal clients with everyday questions to resolve problems and maintain training objectives and business goals and performance standards.
Job Responsibilities
The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
 Train new and existing employees
 Track and monitor results of new hires for their first 90 days
 Coordinate training efforts with department managers to ensure objectives are met
 Prepare and coordinate required reporting documentation
 Proactively manage exceptions and provide solutions
 Communicate information timely and accurately

Qualifications: |
Job Requirements
The required qualifications for this position include but are not limited to:
· Having a strong background in training and skills transfer processes
· Strong presentation skills
· Candidates must be organized and effective under pressure
· Strong computer skills and efficient with office programs
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to be successful in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
· Problem solving and analytical skills
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to multi-task in a windows-based environment
· Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
The right person for this position will have had previous success training new and existing employees at every level within large organizations.
