Sustainability Program Manager Seattle, WA; Tacoma, WA; Portland, OR; Salem, OR; Boise, ID; Lewiston, ID; Salt Lake City, UT
Bring your leadership of product management to the following role: - Manage and collaborate with multiple project teams throughout all affiliate states in support of the sustainability initiative.
- Implement these multiple divisional or corporate projects to expand the sustainability initiative.
- Perform project management, team leadership, analysis and research.
- Interact with internal and external customers such as clients, providers, employers, government officials and outside consultants to enhance the organization's sustainability performance.
- Passionately promote sustainability practices throughout Regence.

Duties: |
Combine your degree and product marketing experience with the following skills and abilities: - Bachelor's Degree in a field related to Business or Health Care or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a variety of Health Care or Health Insurance related business areas is required.
- Experience discussing business issues with all levels of management requiring excellent verbal and written communications skills as well as experience with social networking technologies and principles is required.
- Sustainability experience is preferred.
- Demonstrate leadership skills with the proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, direct activities of others both individually and within a project team.
- Ability to coordinate project efforts in a matrixed organization where project resources are not direct reports.
- Ability to coordinate activities with all levels of staff and external agencies through clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytical ability to independently identify problems, develop solutions and implement a chosen course of action.
- Ability to organize, plan, prioritize and develop multiple projects within time constraints.
- Ability to negotiate and resolve complex and sensitive project and team issues with diplomacy and persuasiveness.
- Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving, analytical and cognitive, verbal and written communication and effective presentation skills.
- Project management experience or certification preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure, availability to travel and work extended shifts as necessary.
- Demonstrated ability to use MS Office products and Lotus Notes, Visio and MS Project and other corporate software as required.
- Familiarity with Regence's business functions and products preferred.
