Description:

Customer Service (Bilingual-Spanish) - taking inbound calls, responding to emails and chats for ContentWatch products.

Duties:

*Provide on-going telephone and electronic support to ContentWatch clients
*Become expert on all platform products/services in order to provide thorough support to clients
*Call and Client management including logging of each incident in data base tools
*Assist clients with purchasing and renewing software licenses
*Exceed customer expectations, provide added benefits, follow through with commitments
*Quickly and accurately identify customer needs and provide solution strive for one call resolution
*Proactively sell and up-sell during each client interaction
*Escalate issues as needed, following established processes and procedures

Qualifications:

*Fluent in Spanish
*(1-2 years Customer Service and Technical Support Interaction
*Excellent organizational and time management skills
*Ability to work under time constraints while multi-tasking
*Proactive in anticipating, trouble-shooting, and solving problems
*Customer service skills
*Selling skills
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Strong listening and comprehension skills
*Strong knowledge of Internet protocols and networking basics
*Team Player, trustworthy, positive attitude, self sufficient
*Must act with a sense of urgency when needed
*Must be detail oriented-zero tolerance for down-time
*Quality focused
*Must be able to multi-task at a high level
