Description: |
Employee will be required to provide service on UPS systems, batteries and electronic based products at customer’s site. Installation, emergency and preventive maintenance will be provided to customers on a 24/7 on-call basis. FE will also provide technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment. Assignments are moderate to extensively complex in nature, which require judgment, and initiative in resolving problems and making recommendations. Experience in UPS, battery technologies and electronics systems are necessary. A good understanding of single phase and three-phase circuit theory, analog and digital electronic circuit theory and programs, fiber optics, sealed and wet celled battery theory and application is a must. Applicants will perform other related duties processing customer reports, expenses, time and other job related materials. Travel will be required.
Skills:
Applicant must possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Intermediate up to advanced level of computer skills required. This should include but not be limited to Micro Soft Office, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Duties: |
| On-Call 24/7, Applicant may be required to stand up to 8 hours a day with some walking, bending, and stooping involved. Position requires some heavy lifting and related activities. |
Qualifications: |
A bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree and or electronic military background are preferred. Position requires a minimum of 2 years related experience. Applicant must have an understanding of critical Power equipment.
Applicant must provide a valid drivers license and be able to secure a rental vehicle when traveling. |
